All sign reviews are reviewed by separate permit for construction aspects, and are submitted by licensed contractors, with professional drawings and application to PDSD_SignPermitSubmittals@tucsonaz.gov The following review is provided solely for planning purposes and not for the result of a permit."

1) The proposed sign meets the criteria for a monument style sign wtihin the Sign Standards (UDC 7A).

2) The PAD-5 zoning document requires the sign to be comprised with design elements that have architectural continuity to the building, and to be compatible with other development within the surrounding neighborhood. (Pg 10 and 25 of the PAD-5 document.)

A) The sign appears to be designed with a masonry structural base component and metal sign panel, which are materials used for the TCC buildings.

B) The size of the sign is under 25 square feet in panel area and under 8' in height, and no external illumination is noted.

C) The sign is shown on the DP within a landscape island of the parking garage entry. The sign is over 24' from the nearby parking garage and, with it's placement in the top of the driveway landscape island, it does not interfere with the Eckbo TCC Landscape along Church Ave.

3) The size of the sign and number of total existing monument signs along the Church frontage are within PAD-5 and Sign Standards allowances.
