Reference City of Tucson Administrative Manual section 2-06.4.8.b B. All easements shall be drawn on the plan. The recordation information, location, width, and purpose of all easements on site will be stated. Blanket easements should be listed in the notes, together with recordation data and their proposed status. Should an easement not be in use and be proposed for vacation or have been abandoned, so indicate. However, should the easement be in conflict with any proposed building location, vacation of the easement shall occur prior to approval of plan unless written permission from easement holder(s) is provided. 2) Reference City of Tucson (COT) Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management, include all applicable drainage maintenance responsibility notes found in section 14.3 3) Per Stormwater Detention/Retention Manual section 3.4.2 provide a grade control marker for the proposed retention basin. On the plans please also provide the coordinates of the grade control marker so it can be easily located in the future 4) ADD DP19-0308 to all sheets This project will require a pre-construction meeting prior to issuance of the development package permit.
