The zoning for this site is Office Zone 3 (O-3), with the proposed use being a new Tucson Water well (which is classified as a utility distribution use). The Tucson Airport Authority provided previous comments as part of an earlier submittal of the project through the Special Exception Procedure, SE-19-20. This site is within FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 2nd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
