Wetmore Road COMMENTS 1. A small, project-location map shall be provided in the upper right corner of the cover sheet. This map shall cover approximately one square mile, be drawn at a minimum scale of three inch equals one mile, and provide the following information; COMMENT: Comment not fully addressed. Revise the Vicinity Map to show all section, township, and range information at the corner of each section shown on the vicinity map (including those shown on the vicinity map that do not cover the site - Sections 13-15, 22 and 24, and 25-27). 2. The title block shall include the following information and be provided on each sheet: The proposed name of the project, or if there is no name, the proposed tenant's name. A brief legal description is to be provided. The page number and the total number of pages in the package (i.e., sheet xx of xx). The administrative street address and relevant case numbers (development package document, subdivision, rezoning, board of adjustment, DDO, MDR, DSMR, overlay, etc.) shall be provided adjacent to the title block on each sheet. COMMENT: Comment not fully addressed. Revise the title block on the Electrical Plan sheets to reflect the change in the total number of pages (e.g. Sheet 4 out of 5, etc…). COMMENT: Remove all clouds and deltas on the next submittal. Please address the comments for the next submittal: 1) Include all standard applicable notes found in the COT Administrative Manual (AM) section 2-06, including but not limited to the hold harmless note in AM 2-06.4.7 and Drainage will remain in its natural state note 2) The proposed plan set appears to remove several parking spaces. Provide a parking count showing that the minimum required number of parking spaces will still be met 3) Remove the electrical sheets from the development package.
