NOTE: It may take 1-2 days for complete permit information to be available online 2. Visa, MC, Discover, American Express 3. Not case-sensitive but a hyphen is needed, for example: dp19-2000 4. Enter your Permit Nbr. and click the Continue tab 5. Business/Individual Name: Leave blank 6. If any issues, try using the browser Internet Explorer YOUR NEXT STEPS - Reply to this email and attach the following documents: 1. City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed (see attached). Double-check for accuracy before signing. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Payment receipt (if paying online) After replying with the required documents, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. The email will include a link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections. Thank you.
