A. Email a request for an Engineering Pre-construction Meeting to:

B. Reply to this email and attach:
1. City of Tucson Permit - Check-marked and signed. See attached.
2. Contractor's Letter of Intent: This short Letter should include the project title, project address, Activity Number, and Arizona ROC number with CR-2 or A-5 grading license classification. https://roc.az.gov/contractor-search
3. (Area of Disturbance is over one acre) Fugitive Dust Activity Permit from Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362

After all the requirements are met, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email. That email will include information regarding your Plan document and required inspections. After we send the Plan Issued email, construction can begin.

IMPORTANT - For future reference
When submitting a Revision request for this approved plan, we require that the approved and stamped plan be used. Add delta and revision clouds before submitting. (Using the stamped plan demonstrates that you are not submitting a brand new set of plans.)
