A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. It flows in a northwesterly direction. Please clarify if this is a regulatory flow (100 cfs) or greater. If the wash is regulatory show the 100 year floodplain boundary 3) There are two areas that appear to not maintain existing drainage patterns. As shown on sheet 3, the flow arrow at the south-east corner, and the flow arrow at the northeast corner, will be blocked by the proposed fill pad 4) Sheet 1. Please adjust general note 22 to reflect the correct COT standards 5) Sheet 1. Remove general note 29. Reseeding bonds are no longer being supported 6) This project will require a pre-construction meeting prior to issuance of the development package permit.
