Send email to request an Engineering Pre-construction Meeting to: Loren.Makus@TucsonAz.gov or John.VanWinkle@TucsonAz.gov. B. Email the following documents to: COTDSDpermits@TucsonAz.gov 1. City of Tucson Permit, check-marked and signed. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Receipt for online payment AFTER REPLYING with the required documents and attending the meeting, allow a few days for us to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include information regarding the stamped plans and required inspections. Thank you.
