1) Provide grading quantities cut/fill in cubic yards
2) The elevations shown for the southwestern most concrete pier/column do not match that found in the Pima County Approved plans. Pima County approved plans sheet SD-1 (Approved by RFCD 06/10/2020) show an FG of 33.50. Sheet DP-2 shows an FG of 32.75. Please clarify and update as needed
3) A floodplain use permit will be issued once the above comments have been addressed
4) This project will require a pre-construction meeting prior to issuance of the development package permit. Project will require EOR certification prior to final inspection
