1) Include all standard applicable notes found in the COT Administrative Manual (AM) section 2-06, including but not limited to the hold harmless note in AM 2-06.4.7 and Drainage will remain in its natural state note
2) Per Engineering comment in pre-submittal meeting T19PRE0057 "Site is within FEMA floodway. Since the property is owned by Pima County, City Floodplain Administrator agreed to let the Flood Control District review the floodplain/floodway issues. Provide concurrence from RFCD."
a. Provide concurrence from RFCD
3) Provide an encroachment analysis which reflects the proposed size and placement of the proposed structure. Page 9 of the encroachment analysis, supplied in the pre-submittal meeting, indicates the building footprint to be 100' x 135', whereas the Development Package submittal shows a building footprint of 90' x 170'. There are also clear differences in the proposed placement of the structure in the Development Package vs the encroachment analysis
4) This information is needed in order to enter the project into first review
5) Please note that this project will require a pre-construction meeting prior to issuance of permit and at project closeout a substantial conformance letter. A floodplain use permit will also be needed and will be supplied during the first formal review
