A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is October 25, 2020. 2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development 1. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.H.5.d - Clarify whether the distance from the short term facility to the Public entrance is 37 feet. It appears that the dimension has been labeled to the south of the short term facility. Zoning is willing to do a digital over-the-counter review by appointment once the distance dimension has been clarified.
