COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is October 17, 2020.

CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Follow up to Previous Comment: Per the lot split application case # S20-004, the lot reconfiguration has been approved. Revise the lot lines on the DP sheets to match the approved Lot reconfiguration application with the new distance and bearings.

2. Follow up to previous comment: The DP and Landscape sheets shall be combined into one PDF file.

3. Follow up to previous comment: List the administrative street address next to the title block of sheets 8-15.

(The remaining zoning comments are minor. Zoning is willing to do an over the counter digital review. Once the plans have been corrected and uploaded the applicant may request an over the counter digital review. Email Sharon Beasley and any remaining reviewers that may still have outstanding comments on the second review. Over the counter reviews are made based on the reviewers time availability and workload.)
