This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is October 5, 2020 2-06.2.1 APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS 1. 2-06.2.4 - As the structural sheets are not part of the development package remove sheets S2.0, S5.0 & S6.0 from the development package plan set. Sheet S5.0 should be provided as an individual sheet for reference only. 2-06.3.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS 2. 2-06.3.12 - Once the sheets mentioned in comment 1 above have been removed revise the sheet index accordingly. 2-06.4.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 3. 2-06.4.7.A.6 - Per Administrative Directive 1.07-7 Protection of Archaeological and Historical Resources in City Projects, Section 1.07-7.II.B Departments shall ensure that no land leveling, grading or excavation occurs on City projects, and no designated historic structures or potentially historic structures are altered or demolished, without first receiving clearance for such activities in accordance with the provisions of this directive.
