Although the plans appear to meet the minimal requirements of AM 2-06 this plan should have been submitted as a revision to DP18-0243. To submit for a revision you will need to provide a detailed revision letter stating what is changing on the plan. The awning detail provided on the submitted plan is not readable. Revise the detail so that it is readable and also provide a street perimeter setback dimension. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
