The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15) with the proposed development being a commercial use as a food service. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority recognizes that the Avigation Easement was recording in a previous submittal; DP17-0204. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 3rd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide. Contractor Letter of Intent: Include the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number After replying, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. The email will include a link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections.
