3. By mail - a check payable to the City of Tucson (address is below), include the Activity Number

3. Not case-sensitive but a hyphen is needed, for example: dp19-2000
4. Enter your Permit Nbr. and click the “Continue” tab
5. Business/Individual Name: Leave blank
6. If any issues, try using the browser Internet Explorer

REPLY to this email and attach the following documents:
1. City of Tucson Permit: Checkmarked and signed (see attached)
2. Contractor Letter of Intent: Include the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number
3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit: Contact Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362
4. Payment receipt (if paying online)

After replying, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. The email will include a link to the stamped plans and a list of required inspections.
