The property is zoned Commercial Zone 3 (C-3) with the proposed development being a mixed use building, which would contain both residential and commercial uses. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the second submittal of the project and has no additional comments to provide.
