COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is September 11 , 2020.

1. This comment was not fully addressed Replace the word "Open Space" in Note 4 of the Development Package Calculations. COMMENT: 2-06.5.3.C - Replace the word "Open Space" in Note 4 of the Development Package Calculations and the title block to the word "Functional Open Space."


2. This comment was not fully addressed, The title of the CC&R's should match the title on the plans, "TRINITY SUBDIVISION LOTS 1-16 C.A. 'A' (FUNCTIONAL OPEN SPACE & DRAINAGE) 2-06.5.3.G.1 - The title of the CC&R's should be the same as the title listed in the title block of the Development Package. A term and renewal clause should be added to the CC&R's to show how long the CC&R's will be in effect and that they will be renewed following the end of the term. A clause should also be added to the CC&R's that states that the CC&R will continue regardless of a change of ownership.
