The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15) and the proposed use would be future development. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, and FAA traffic pattern airspace. PERMIT: DP19-0214 FEE BALANCE: $0 (zero) YOUR NEXT STEPS - Reply to this email and attach the following documents. 1. City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed (see attached). Before signing, double-check information (owner name, etc.) for accuracy. If needed, we can update the information and resend a new Permit for signature. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit: Contact Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362 AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification.
