| 04/27/2020 | LOREN MAKUS | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | DP19-0210 1. The erosion hazard setback is measured from the top of bank of the wash. Revise the drainage statement exhibit and the development package site plans to clarify the setback throughout the site. 2. Callout for Keynote H is used on plan sheet 2. Include H in the list of notes. 3. Hydrology note on sheet 2 indicates water harvesting calculation is provided by civil engineer. Provide the calculation as referenced. 4. APC service along a Major Street requires permission from the Director of Environmental Services. Provide a copy of the permission granted by ES. 5. Driveways to a Major Street arterial must be provided with 25-foot radius curb returns. 6. The grading plan shows a 50-foot setback from the centerline of the wash. This means nothing and should be removed. Show the erosion hazard setback from the bank of the wash as described in the drainage statement. 7. Show drainage patterns on the grading plan. Provide enough proposed spot grades to demonstrate the drainage patterns will work as shown. 8. Clearly label the existing grades to show extent of grading. Since there is as much as two feet of fill within the banks of the wash, a complete encroachment analysis is required. Loren Makus, EIT Loren.makus@tucsonaz.gov |
