The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal. 1. Provide copies of Rezoning Cases C9-86-68 & C9-87-2. 2. Remove all building code information from the plan. 3. Provide the area of disturbance on the plan and application so that the correct fees can be assessed. The area of disturbance should include all areas where work is proposed i.e. removal of curbing and landscape, restriping etc. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
