COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development
The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes.

1. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Sheet 2 of 4 shows the angled accessible parking along the southern border of the site as "EXISTING ADA COMPLIAN PARKING TO REMAIN" but based on the most current aerial photos the existing parking along the southern border is perpendicular to the PAAL. Clarify which is correct.

2. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Sheet 1 of 4 under "DEVELOMENT PAACKAGE CALCULATIONS, HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING: PROVIDED you show two (2) provided but on the plan there are three (3).

3. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - The angle shown for the angled parking 30 degrees does not appear to be correct. 30 degree parking is closer to parallel parking. What is shown is closer to 90 degree parking. Once the angle of the parking is confirmed other dimension such as space depth may be affected.

4. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - The Curb Length dimension shown on sheet 2, see UDC Figure 7.4.6-A: Motor Vehicle Use Area Dimensions.

5. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Fully dimension the accessible vehicle parking spaces, one must meet the requires for a van accessible space, see ICC A117.1-2009.

6. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Show the required accessible signage on the plan and provide a large scale sign detail including a van accessible sign.

7. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Show the required stacking spaces on the plan.

8. Provide a detailed response letter with your next submittal. Your revision letter was very vague.

1) Provide a complete pedestrian circulation path per COT TSM section 7-01.3.3.B, includes a path to the proposed trash enclosures. There is an onsite path to the west of the trash enclosures that appears to be easily extended
2) The previous site plan had wheelstops at the end of the parking stalls to prevent vehicles from extending into a landscape screen. It appears that wheels stops are still needed. Show that with a 2.5' vehicle overhang that the landscape screen is not impacted
3) Show on plans the maximum cross slope and running slope for the new/modified accessible parking spaces. Provide a ADA compliant path from the eastern most proposed space
