Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed and approved the development plan submitted July 31, 2019. It appears that there are no conflicts with the existing facilities within the boundaries of this proposed development.
There is a pole line along Park Ave going N to S on the West side of the street. Current plans do not show any conflicts with those poles/lines. Future plans for driveways may/may not be in conflict. Will determine that if/when future plans are drafted up.
Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.
In order to apply for electric service, call the New Construction Department at (520) 918-8300. Submit a final set of plans including approved site, electrical load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans, if available include a CD with the AutoCAD version of the plans.
If easements are required, they will be secured by separate instrument. Your final plans should be sent to:

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is July 29, 2020.

3) Roundabout at the western end of the proposed street is a good opportunity for water harvesting. Provide curb cut inlet details and spot grades as needed according to UDC section 7.6.6.C. Also the center landscaped islands in the proposed street can be designed to accept rain water

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP19-0178, Bridges, Sub-Area; 1st Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 2.0 acre site, located west of the intersection of East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard and South Park Avenue. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15) and the proposed development is infrastructure for future commercial development.
The Tucson Airport Authority provided previous comments during the proposed vertical construction portion of the project, DP19-0093. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 1st submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
