Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP19-0173, Imarx Investments, cleanroom addition to existing building; 3rd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 1.37 acre site, with the proposed expansion of the new structure being approximately 1,400 sq ft, which is located northwest of the intersection of South Warren Avenue and East 18th Street. The property is zoned Industrial Zone 1 (I-1) with the proposed development being the expansion of an existing industrial building.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority acknowledges that the Avigation Easement has been recorded for this project under sequence 20192970696 and further acknowledges having received notification from the applicant that FAA staff, with the Obstruction Evaluation / Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA), reviewed the project and has made the determination that filing FAA Form 7460 is not required. Based on this FAA response, the Tucson Airport Authority is retracting the previous condition of approval pertaining to FAA Form 7460, contained within the 2nd comment letter which was dated November 6, 2019.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 3rd submittal of the project and has no further comments to provide.
