The above referenced development package has been conditionally-approved by the City
Development Review Committee (CDRC) to prepare the rezoning ordinance for Mayor &
Council adoption. Please submit five (5) weeks in advance to the next available Mayor &
Council meeting in January 2020.

Conditions of the rezoning per the decision of the Mayor & Council are hereby met on the
Development Package.

No permits or development approvals [which includes excavation, grubbing, grading, paving]
may be granted that are in furtherance of the rezoning request until the 30 days have lapsed and
the conditions of rezoning have been met per UDC 3.5.3.J.6. As the applicant, please remind the
contact below when the 30 days near. At that time, staff will review the ordinance adopted by
Mayor & Council and the applicant will receive an approval notification to obtain the permit for
the development package.
