Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is June 14, 2020. *** Please address the follow up comments and revise the plans accordingly and resubmit for review. 1. Follow Up to Previous comment 1: Previous Comment 1 was not addressed as requested. Previous Comment 1: 2-06.3.12 - The sheet index shall include the sheet number i.e., 1 - SD0.00, 2 - SD00.00, 3, SD00.10 etc. 2. Follow up to previous comment 2: The brief legal description was not included on the cover sheet or sheets 5 - 8. Previous Comment 2: 2-06.4.2.B - Include in the title block of all plan sheets a brief legal description of the parcel, i.e. (SE QTR, SE QTR, SE QTR of Section 31 T.13S, R13E.) 3. Follow up to previous comment 3: the sheet number and number od sheets was not listed on the cover sheet or sheet 5 - 8. Previous Comment 3: 2-06.4.2.D - The sheet numbers in the title block shall be listed, 1 of 10, 2 of 10, 3 of 10 etc. 4. Follow up to previous comment 5: Label the section corners 31, 32, 5, 6 on the location map of the cover sheet. Previous Comment 5: 2-06.4.4.C - The location map shall be drawn and include the information as noted by the standards above, 2-06.4.4 - 2-06.4.4.C. 5. Comment: Remove all revision clouds and deltas from the plan sheets. The changes are corrections required as part of the review and should not be identified as revisions. The response memo to the reviewer's comments should state the corrections made on the plans. 6. Comment: The remaining comments are minor and zoning is willing to do an over the counter digital review once the plans are uploaded (with all corrections made). Once the corrected plans have been uploaded email the reviewers and request an over the counter digital review. 7. Comment: as a courtesy, a copy of the zoning review redlines was sent to Jennifer Woody with the corrections required for zoning approval.
