COMMENT: While the proposal is in compliance with the zoning requirements, the DP cannot be approved until PDSD Engineering reviewer has approved the DP. The site is also within an HDZ area that must be reviewed for compliance with the HDZ regulations by PDSD Engineering reviewer. 03. COMMENT: Once the DP has been approved by Engineering, zoning can approve the plans as well. 04. COMMENT: Zoning is willing to do an over the counter digital review and approval once the PDSD Engineering reviewer has approved the plans.
