The property is zoned Historic Residence Zone 3 (HR-3) with the proposed development being a single family residential development, which would contain a combination of duplexes and single family homes. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 3rd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
