COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is May 7, 2020.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the revisions listed in the revision letter and the proposed changes to the plans. Address the following comments and resubmit for review. (The zoning comments are minor and zoning is willing to do an over the counter digital review once the corrections have been made on the plans.)

2. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.H.5.d and 2-06.4.9.R - Include a fully dimensioned detail drawing of the relocated bicycle parking location. The bicycle parking area must meet the minimum width and access requirements as well as provide a minimum width of four feet clear for pedestrian access.

Demonstrate that short term bicycle parking facilities are within 50 feet of the main public entrance.

3. COMMENT: The accessible parking sign must be revised to show a clear dimension from the top of pavement to the bottom of the lower sign (Van Accessible Sign) on the pole.

4. COMMENT: Draw and Label the Main public entrance.
