Please submit five (5) weeks in advance to the next available Mayor & Council meeting. The development proposes Food Service. The property is approximately 0.50 acres. The building area is 1,249 square feet and the building height is 18 feet. The existing zoning is C-1 and R-3 and the proposed zoning is C-1. Conditions of the rezoning per the decision of the Mayor & Council are hereby met. No permits or development approvals [which includes excavation, grubbing, grading, paving] may be granted that are in furtherance of the rezoning request until the 30 days have lapsed and the conditions of rezoning have been met per UDC 3.5.3.J.6. The applicant shall notify the staff below when the 30 days near. At that time, staff will review the ordinance adopted by Mayor & Council and the applicant will receive an approval notification to issue the permit for the development package.
