01. COMMENT: The parcel is Zoned NR-1. All proposed permit applications in the NR zones must be reviewed for Compliance with the regulations related to the NR Overlay Zone for Jefferson Park. (Contact Steve Shields or Clayton Trevillyan at PDSD 520-791-5550.)

02. COMMENT: Neighborhood Preservation review and approval required prior to approval by zoning.


03. COMMENT: Zoning acknowledges that a City Manager waiver has been approved for the canopy location and setbacks. However the waiver does not discuss the Neighborhood Preservation Overlay.
