SECTION 2-10.0.0: LANDSCAPE PLAN REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Identification and Descriptive Data
All improvements and site information, such as adjacent rights-of-way and property lines, shown on the landscape plan will be identical in size and location to those shown on the base plan (site plan or tentative plat). Should amendments be required to the base plan through the review process, the same amendments will be made to the landscape plan which will then be resubmitted along with the base plan.

The Development Package will contain the following identification in the lower right corner of each sheet:

Any other relevant case numbers for reviews or modifications that affect the site.

Revise notes on sheet L1.0 the read Border requirements met through approved City of Tucson Development Package Landscape DP15-0042 Plan.

Ensure that all Zoning and Engineering comments and concerns are addressed.

05/13/2019 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change Two-way cleanouts are allowed to be utilized only at the junction of the building drain and the building sewer. The junction, by definition, is located at a point 30" from the outside wall of the building. All other cleanouts shall open in the direction of flow. Reference: Section 202,708.1.3, and 708.1.8, IPC 2018.
