Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is April 18, 2020. SECTION 2-06.0.0: DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TENTATIVE PLATS AND SITE PLANS) Section ***The remaining comments one and two were not addressed in its entirety. Previous comment one included three parts of which one was addressed the remaining two parts were not. Address the remaining parts of previous comment one. See comment one below. Follow up to previous comment 1: The title block and info that is located in the lower right corner on sheet one shall be included on all DP sheets. The Bridges has a running table that includes all development including development criteria that is to be included on all development packages for this Planned Area Development. Include a separate sheet with the tracking table and information. Contact Steve Shields for assistance with the table PREVIOUS COMMENT 1: The title block in the lower right corner of the cover sheet must be provided on each sheet in the same location. Include on a separate sheet the tracking table that includes all current developments within the PAD. 2-06.4.9.H.5.d - Show bicycle parking facilities fully dimensioned. For specifics, refer to Section 7.4.9, Bicycle Parking Design Criteria, of the UDC. Provide, as a note, calculations for short and long term bicycle spaces required and provided. 2. Follow up to previous comment 2: Include a dimensioned detail drawing of the type of facilities for the bicycle parking. According to the key note M, they are noted as "Bike Racks" which typical for short term facilities. See Article 7 of the UDC section 7.4.9 for short term bicycle facility dimensions. (It is acknowledged that location has been noted on the plan per key note M.) PREVIOUS COMMENT 2: Are there any bicycle parking facilities proposed? If so indicate on the plans the location and types as noted by the standard above. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15), with the proposed development being a recreational park. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, and FAA traffic pattern airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 2nd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
