08/02/2019 | TOM MARTINEZ | OTHER AGENCIES | AZ DEPT TRANSPORTATION | Approved | ADOT Regional Traffic Engineering has reviewed the correspondence submitted by both the Developer (Bourne, Matt Dickey)(Document 23) and the Site Civil Engineer (Cypress, Blake Junak)(Document 21) for the aforementioned Development Package. We concur with their recommendations and commitments to complete off-site improvements to the signalized intersection of Tucson Market Place and Park Avenue prior to opening of JTED in summer of 2020. We look forward to review of the finalized Traffic Impact Analysis of Block IV and the Offsite Improvement Plans from Kimley Horn in the near future.
