05/29/2019 TOM MARTINEZ OTHER AGENCIES AZ DEPT TRANSPORTATION Reqs Change Regional Traffic Engineering has requested a traffic document to be submitted in prior comments from the developer or their representatives for review and acceptance. The document's contents will be determined by submitting a completed ADOT Traffic Engineering From 240, in the Traffic Engineering Guidelines.
Note, the proposed development will impact the operation of the current three leg intersection, i.e., additional leg on the west side, signal phasing, the need for turn lanes and any modifications, any affects on the Park Av/WB I-10 off ramp operation, etc.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP19-0093, JTED at the Bridges, 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 4.5 acre site, located southwest of the intersection of East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard and South Park Avenue. The property is zoned Planned Area Development (PAD-15), with the proposed development being a charter school use; elementary and secondary school.
The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal of the project and has no further comments to provide.
