Incorporate the drainage report exhibits into the drainage report file to create a single document. 3. Please update the inspection information in note 26 on sheet 2: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/scheduling-inspections. 4. On detail 13 on sheet 3, clearly show the existing and proposed grade outside of the cutoff wall. 5. Show relationship of splash pad surface to adjacent grades in detail 11/3. 6. Where PAG standard details are referenced, remove tag line indicating 2003 Edition. 7. Check page numbering for all sheets. Two sheets are marked as sheet 4. Both are marked "4 of 43." Ensure that all callouts reference the correct locations. 8. Spot grades, pad grades and detail 1/5 are not consistent. For example see the boundary between lots 101 and 73. It would help to show height of retained earth, slope grade and distance from property line to toe of slope at representative location. 9. Detail 12/3 indicates a future sidewalk. If this is to be part of Phase 1B, please indicate this. |

Lots 1-136, together with common areas "A" (open functional space, landscape, drainage and public and private utilities), "B" (drainage, landscape, public and private utilities). To view review comments, visit PRO at www.tucsonaz.gov/PRO, then search by Activity Number. (If new comments aren't shown yet, check back later as data flows to PRO periodically throughout the day.) After all corrections are made, name your 2nd submittal documents accordingly, for example: 2_Plan_Set. Submit the following items to the PDSD Filedrop at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/file-upload-pdsd. In the Project Description field, include the Activity Number. 1) Comment Response Letter (lists changes made to the Plan and which reviewer comments you are responding to) 2) Corrected Plan Set (all pages, full set) 3) Items requested by review staff After resubmittal, the plans will re-enter the standard 20-working-day review cycle. Prior to the completion of the next review, we require payment of the total fees (or the Review fees at a minimum).
