2. The 'site' type of review shall be checked on the application.
3. Remove dev pkg stamp and leave3 a blank space in same space on bottom of every sheet for the electronic stamp.
4. Provide updated application and plan set.
5. Provide last approved site plan.
6. Provide parking calculation.
7. Comply with standards in UDC Administrative Manual 2-06. The layout section in the submittal requirements supplement may be helpful.
