01. COMMENT: Label the DP case number DP19-0075 next to the title block.
02. COMMENT: Label the future curb location for Main Avenue and dimension the future back of curb to future property line.
03. COMMENT: Main Avenue is a Collector Street listed on the adopted COT Major Streets and Routes Map. The future right of way is a total of 100 feet with 50 foot half right of way. The future curb location is 11 feet from the future property line. Based on the proposed building setback labeled on the site plan the solar panels will not meet the required 21 feet from the back of future curb.
Two Panels can be removed to meet the future Right of way requirements of 21 feet.
Along the street perimeter yard a solar roof overhang may project into the required perimeter up to 4 feet.
