Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP19-0064, City of Tucson Regional Public Safety, 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 1 acre site, located southeast of the intersection of East Old Vail Road and South Wilmot Road. The property is zoned Rural Homestead (RH), with the proposed development being photo voltaic (solar panel) shade canopies.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 2nd submittal of the project and has no additional comments to submit.
