The property is zoned Commercial 2 (C-2), with the proposed development being a storage building. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, FAA Part 77 airspace, and the City of Tucson Airport Environs Zone. Within the City of Tucson Airport Environs Zone this project site contains Compatible Use Zone 1 (CUZ-1), Compatible Use Zone 2 (CUZ-2), Noise Control District 65 (NCD-65), and the Airport Hazard District for Tucson International Airport. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of this project and has no further comments to provide.
