1. 2-06.4.3 - Provide the development package case number, DP19-0060 , adjacent to the title block on all sheets.

2. 2-06.4.7.A.4 - Provide the existing and proposed use based on the Unified Development Code (UDC) and also provide all applicable Use Specific Standards that apply to the use.

2-06.4.7.A.8 - For development package documents provide:

2-06.4.7.A.8.c - Provide a building expansion calculation on the plan.

2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development
The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes.

3. 2-06.4.9.F - Provide the zoning for the parcel located east of Nogalas Hwy.

4. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Provide a vehicle parking space calculation on the plan that provides the number of spaces required and provide. This calculation should also include the accessible requirements.

5. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Clearly show that the require and provided spaces are shown on the plan.

6. 2-06.4.9.H.5.d - Provide a bicycle parking space calculation, Short & Long term, on the plan that provides the number of spaces required and provide.

7. 2-06.4.9.H.5.d - If additional bicycle parking is required provide a detail that demonstrates how the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.9.B.1 & .2, 7.4.9.C and if applicable 7.4.9.D.


8. 2-06.4.9.R - Per Technical Standards Manual Section 7-01.3.3 clearly shown the required pedestrian circulation from the proposed building to all other structures on site.
