After review, based upon Main Gate District (MGD) Document and Ordinance 11394, Section C-19, of the required plans and documents submitted to PDSD, I recommend approval of this project. The Hub IV Development Package Revision Submittal Document #12, arch elevations, dated 2/20/2020, matchs the last MGD-DRC approved package presented in the 2/12/2020 meeting, except for one window on the top floor of the East Elevation. The approved proposed Design Package Elevation shows a single window between lines A8 and B4., while the Document #12 drawing shows a larger multi-pane window.
