1) Per City of Tucson Administrative Manual (AM) section 2-06.4.7.B add the required hold harmless note and drainage will remain it is natural state note to the submitted plans
2) DP18-0293, which is the tentative plat, shows two different lot grading schemes, one based on the high side of the lot and the other based on the low side of the lot. DP19-0045 shows only one as being based on the highpoint. Please clarify which plan is applicable
3) DP18-0293 shows two retaining wall cross sections, DP19-0045 shows only one. Please clarify which is applicable
4) Engineering can conduct an over the counter electronic review once the above comment has been addressed and a new work flow opened. Please email to schedule
