The property is zoned Planned Area Development 5 (PAD-5), with the proposed development being a hotel. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to submit.
