02. COMMENT: 2-06.4.2.D - Label the sheet numbers in the title block as 1 of 3, 2 of 3 3 of 3.


03. COMMENT: 2-06.4.3 - This project has bee assigned the DP case number DP19-0021. List the case number next to the title block of 3 DP plan sheets.


04. COMMENT: 2-06.4.7.A.1 - On sheet 3, label list the "Existing Zoning C-1" next to the parking calculations.


05. COMMENT: 2-06.4.7.A.4 - On sheet 3, list the existing use, "Retail Use - Food and Beverage Sales".


06. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - Label the width of the pick-up parking spaces. Please clarify if these spaces are specifically for food pick-up and not accessible parking spaces.


07. COMMENT: The striped areas proposed for pedestrian access must be removed from the back of the parking spaces and from within any portion of the PAAL travel lanes areas. The only location where a striped walkway is allowed is when crossing perpendicular to a PAAL. If the striped area is not an accessible route for ADA purposes the striping is not required for the Pick-area.

Revise the plan sheets and detail drawings as required.
