COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the clearing and grubbing plan as it relates to the zoning review purview. Zoning has no concerns at this time with regards to clearing and grubbing the site assuming that the PDSD Engineering and Landscape reviewers approve the plan. As of this review there is no development proposal. The previously approved tentative plat/final plat development has expired. Any proposed development under the old RCP approval would require that a new submittal of the tentative plat be made and approval granted under the new FLD process. The only approval that can be granted at this time is for the surface clearing and grubbing. 02. COMMENT: Zoning will review the clearing and grubbing plan on the next submittal and approve it once the PDSD Engineering and Landscape Reviewer's comments have been addressed and any applicable changes made to the plans. Please address all reviewers' comments, make the necessary changes to the plans and resubmit the plans for review. 03. COMMENT: Include the PDSD stamp in the lower right corner of all plan sheets. Look under the "Preparing Your Plans for a Development Package Permit Section - Development Package Stamp. 04. COMMENT: List the PDSD case number DP18-0313 in the lower right corner next to the title block of all plan sheets. 05.
