It has been determined that the submitted plans and revision letter do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal. 1. The revision letter talks about changes to "sheets, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5" but does not address any changes to sheets 4 and 5. 2. The revision letter talks about "Removed a sidewalk ramp on the west side of the driveway connecting to 20th Street" but the ramp is still shown on the plan. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards. Enter the Activity Number (it's not case-sensitive) 4. Under "Permits" heading, click on blue tab (Permit/Activity Number) 5. In "Reviews" section, click on (blue) Review Details (If complete information isn't shown yet, check back later after data transfers to PRO.) After corrections are made, name your documents again as a first submittal of Revision # 2, for example: REV-2_Application. Reminder: When uploading on the Filedrop page, please check the box "Development Package or Land Division".
