The property is zoned Commercial 2 (C-2), with the existing and continued use being travelers accommodation lodging. This project proposes to remodel the existing project site and construct additional buildings. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. This Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 4th submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
