There is a public manhole located within the parking lot and any changes to this layout or installation of solar facilities/covered parking would have to be reviewed to verify access is maintained. Please note that during the building permit process a review by Pima County Development Services will be required for the connection permit and capacity analysis of the any proposed building expansion or remodel.
