This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also, compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). The review comments include the applicable Administrative Manual section number and the following paragraph is the actual comment related to the specific item that must be addressed. Provide the required space. 2. 2-06.3.12 - The sheet numbers provided in the "SHEET INDEX" do not match the sheet numbers on the sheets. The 2nd sheet listed in the "SHEET INDEX" is listed as SP-1 but on the plan set it is listed as SP1.0. The 3rd sheet listed in the "SHEET INDEX" is listed as SP-2 but on the plan set it is listed as SP2.0. 3. 2-06.4.3 - The required development package case number, DP18-0308, and the required rezoning case number have been removed from sheets SP1.0 & SP22.0 4. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - It does not appear that there is sufficient maneuverability into the eastern most parking space shown in the southeast corner of the site. 5. 2-06.4.9.H.5.a - There are no dimensions shown for the proposed vehicle parking spaces shown along the west and south property lines. Provide a fully dimensioned parking layout that addresses all applicable dimensions shown on UDC figure 7.4.6-A and table 7.4.6-1.
